1. Grant of License

Isolex Corporation grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Solana TNT software for personal, non-commercial monitoring of the Solana network and weather data.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the dashboard.
• Use the dashboard's data for high-frequency trading or automated financial bots.
• Remove any proprietary notices or branding from the interface.

3. Ownership

The software, including all UI design, code, and branding, is and remains the exclusive property of Isolex Corporation.

4. Termination

This license is effective until terminated by you or Isolex Corporation. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

5. Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE.
